Labor & Employment Litigation Associate (3+ Years)

Our client, a highly regarded Am Law 200 firm in Seattle, is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience to join its established practice.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated labor and employment matters, including disputes involving federal and Washington state employment laws. This role offers meaningful responsibility and exposure to complex commercial litigation and arbitration in a collaborative, high-caliber environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters
• Strong working knowledge of federal and Washington state employment laws and regulations
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing as part of a team
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association (required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $240,000-$330,000, depending on experience
